Windows PC Mail

From the Start menu, open Mail.


Select Settings > Manage accounts.


Select Add account and choose Office 365.


Enter your Email address and select Next.

(If asked, select Work or school account and Continue).


Then enter your Password and Sign In. Select Done.


If Microsoft can't find your account, select Advanced to enter your details manually.


Manual Steps:

User name: Your email address
Domain: The name after the @.
Server: outlook.office365.com
Account name: This is only visible to you and can help identify the account.


Once you've checked that no data is missing, you're ready to remove the POP/IMAP account.


Under Manage accounts, select the POP/IMAP account.


Select Delete account and Delete to confirm.
